You have 7 days from your initial payment date to start your training. Please make necessary arrangements and a level of commitment before purchasing as failure to start 7 days after initial payment has been made will result in a forfeit of all training sessions and there are NO REFUNDS.

- My Virtual classes are open to all my Queens: Beginner, Intermediate and Advance
- I may train you virtually at home or gym. The decision is yours Queen!
- VIRTUAL TRAINING SCHEDULE: MON- FRI AT 6:00 AM OR 6:00 PM PST
- Session breakdown : 6 sessions = $350, 8 sessions = $450, 12 sessions = $550, 16 sessions = $700
- To join my weekly zoom/virtual classes I require everyone to have access to the bare minimal: cloth “booty” bands, 3-5 different levels resistance bands( latex: light, medium & heavy etc.), dumbbells (pair) :5 lbs- 15 lbs, kettlebells (pair)10 lbs-15 lbs, ankle weights (5 lbs), 10 lbs medicine ball, jump rope, creative space to be able to conduct a full body workout! HOWEVER, you may start without having all of this equipment on hand minimal: resistance bands, booty band, 5 lbs dumbbells
- Optional to use during your workout: Waist Trimmer, Sweat belt, Reusable body wrap, BFR “thigh” bands
- We focus on FULL BODY: upper body, lower body, glutes, core etc…
- Workout is approximately 30 mins - 1 hr over “Zoom” depending on your needs
- Please be advised that a “Group” session may occur for virtual training due to time selection and or prior clients signing up
- No rollover sessions if you miss class
- Spots are on a first come, first serve basis.
